I’ve always thought that the words “silk” and “flowers” should never go together, but when I came across these gorgeous dupioni silks, I immediately digressed. Once I got my hands on this mocha and antique aqua fabric, I paired them with Charlie Brown Cymbidium orchids. Their striking red throats gave a lovely subtle contrast to the dirty aqua fabric. Chantilly lace and wisps of ostrich feathers give this vintage dress inspired bouquet depth and texture. ~Aileen (for more eye candy, check out my blog here)
