A couple of weeks ago I was asked to design the personal flowers for ‘Exquisite Weddings magazine’ photo shoot.  Exquisite Weddings Magazine is an upscale Bridal publication started here in San Diego (I’ve heard they have gone beyond).  They have done such  a terrific job featuring gorgeous weddings and today’s wedding trends.  Definitely pick up a copy!   The talented Terri of {Rippee photography} just sent me these gorgeous images of the bouquets!  They are more beautiful then I remembered them to be.  This is why we need professional photographers!  These photos are simply magnificent Terri!  I had the pleasure of meeting Teri for the first time I believe 6 years at the art festival in little Italy San Diego.  I spotted her from afar because her booth displayed one of my passion.  Traveling!  Terri has traveled all over Europe capturing insanely  gorgeous images of unique characteristics of European living.  Each image makes me want to go to Italy and France all over again.  Terri has then crossed over to  shooting Weddings and her artistic eyes have captured some amazing images!
In the past year, I have seen a moving trend towards personal detailing.  I mean, who says ring bearers must carry a pillow?  Today’s savvy brides are thinking outside the box, merging their own unique interpretation into their decor.    Flower girls are now carrying a purse, instead of a basket completely constructed out of rose blossoms and incrusted with crystal rhinestones and brooches.  Bouquet embellishments is a growing trend and the options are truly endless.  I encourage all brides to introduce their unique touches to their wedding,  go at it and have fun!
