The Lodge Torrey Pines Wedding: Unique petal path

The Lodge at Torrey pines never disappoint.  Its immaculate  arroya lawn is perfect for our unique scrolls of petals  for the aisle.  Here at Natasha and Jame’s wedding, we designed a lush ceremony using whites and amethyst color.  An abundant of planter boxes bearing lush hydrangeas, roses and orchids lined this luscious aisle leading to an airy romantic canopy.  As the mist passes through the gorgeous golf course in the back ground, the setting gives an etherial and surreal effect.  The Lodge torrey pines is one of our favorite wedding location, and you can see why.  Please stay tune for more amazing photos from the talented Pam Scott.

Glamorous Tiffany blue wedding at the Hotel Del Coronado: Reception details

This wedding was Glamorous with a capital ‘G’! Sure to tantalize and feast your eyes.  The grand ballroom at the Hotel Del Coronado was transformed into a floral paradise decked out with hundreds of luxurious white phalaenopsis orchids and other beautiful white blooms.  Drawing from the tiffany blue and white theme, the ballroom was lit with an abundance of candles floating in tiffany blue water.  The  two main Headtables were the focal piece of this room.  These luxurious tables included glass mirror top lined with a plethora of glass vessels EACH wrapped in crystal trimming and finished with a glamorous brooch.  The result was so pretty!  The reflection of the mirrors gave this tabletop a glitzy look!  So fabulous!  Our favorite gal Jennifer from Simply Posh Design provided the paper goods for Kim and Brian’s wedding.  The gorgeous tiffany blue menus looked amazing on our tabletop.  The beautiful cake made by Cake bakery was placed on our glitzy cake stand trimmed with rhinestone band and crystal brooches.  Perfect compliment for this glamorous wedding!  Platinumpro provided a beautiful  tiffany blue oval dance floor and the ladies at Crown weddings did a fine job coordinating the wedding.  Thank you Team!  Please check back with us soon for more personal images of this beautiful couple.
Congratulations Kim and Brian!  Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your special day!  It was such an honor!

Yellow and tiffany blue wedding at the Hotel Del Coronado: Details

The wedding ceremony of Kim and Brian was taken place at the beautiful Hotel Del Coronado on the windsor lawn with direct ocean view.  I love the sweet blend of the Tiffany blue and yellow color.  A perfect mix for a summer wedding.  The Escort table for the guest place cards was the show piece during their cocktail hour (Our favorite piece to design!)  Set amidst the Windsor lawn, we designed our signature show piece to compliment the 270 origami cranes hand made by the bride herself.  The floral piece took on the shape of a bonsai tree hovering over the precious cranes displayed on boxes of rice.  The boxes were embellished with tiffany blue ribbons and gorgeous crystal trim.  We don’t get to use ‘Yellow’ very often so we were excited that Kim is partial to this color!  How sweet does their pooch ‘Mochi’ look?  So amazingly precious with the yellow bridesmaid’s bouquets which were made with hand wire cattleya orchids, roses and Calla lilies.  Of course wrapped in rhinestone and finished with a crystal brooch!  Who doesn’t like a little bling?
We are so grateful to have Pam Scott on hand to document this wedding with her incredible eyes for fine details.  Thank  you so much Pam!  Please stay tune for beautiful images of their reception in the Grand Ballroom.

White Wedding at the Hotel Del Coronado

White has got to be my favorite color for weddings.  It seams that it’s true for most brides as well.  Who can resist the dreamy appearance of the elegant white orchids?  Even the hot summer heat did not stop us from using 400 stems of these gorgeous beauties on the Windsor lawn of the Hotel Del Coronado.  Here at Kim and Brian’s wedding we lined hundreds of Phalaenopsis orchids down the aisle greeting the altar with Two massive 8ft Mazanita trees drenched with these exotic blooms.  The effect is stunning, don’t you agree?  Please stay tune for more incredible images of this lovely couple from the talented Pam Scott in later post.

French Provencal wine dinner party for Patek Philippe: Fairmont Miramar Santa Monica

We had an amazing opportunity to design a french countryside theme dinner for the world renowned watch maker ‘Patek Philippe’ at the beautiful Fairmont Miramar Santa Monica.  The rustic feast style table was lined with burlap runner and adorned with aged hydrangeas, tulips, herbs, garden roses and interesting foliages.  Deep gold tone was introduce to give the table a polish look.  Each glass vessel was wrapped with burlap trims and embellished with sprigs of lavender and rosemary herbs.  Grape wood branches weaved throughout to give a rustic feel. Chameleon chairs completed this look with it’s velvet gold padding. Simply Posh design came through again with their exquisite  silk board menus adorn with sprigs of freshly picked lavender, perfect for our wine dinner!
