An Adorable floral handbag for the flower girl

I LOVE designing a sweet little handbag made out of fresh flowers. They are fun and so adorable. The options are quiet endless. Here for Alex’s wedding, I used fresh sweetheart roses to form the body of the purse. The fabric of the handle were chosen to match the flower girl’s dress perfectly. The bottom of the handbag was finished with a playful sheer ruffle trimming to complement her sweet ballerina dress. Of course tiny sparkling jewels made the bag ever so precious. Beautiful bridal bouquet

Making a beautiful bridal bouquet has got to be my favorite thing to design. Every bouquet is different: texture, color, and type of blooms all make the bouquet personable. We take great pride in constructing the bride’s bouquet. Every single stem is hand wired, careful attention paid to wrapping the stems with fine material such as lace or french silk. We love adorning the stems with jewels from our private collection. Below is just a sample of our favorite stem wrap. The embellishment compliment the bride’s dress beautifully. We are still anxiously waiting for photos from this spectacular wedding from True Photography. Linda and Steven didnt’s spare any details for their wedding. The girls at Karen Tran Florals calls this wedding the Bling Bling crystal wedding. Yes, Linda specifically requested an abundant of rhinestones and crystals and we gladly gave it to her. Please check back with us soon for some beautiful images of this gorgeous couple. In the meantime, here’s a teaser photo of their headtable that is fitting for the royal couple’s wedding. We literally glued a brooch on EVERY single vase and candle holder. There were more than 200 of them! The tedious work was completely worth it! The room was magical…….

Karen Tran featured on VH1 Tough Love Couples wedding

Last night we had the honor of participating in the Season Finale of Tough Love Couples Wedding special. If you missed it, you can watch the full episode HERE. We had a lot of fun designing and provide the flowers for the ceremony as well as the personal flowers and two reception rooms. The wedding of Dennis and Simone, Christina and Mario took place at the beautiful Paradise Point resort in San Diego. There were many special details for these two weddings. Dennis and Simone had a peacock inspired wedding while Christina and Mario had a black, white and gold wedding. The ceremony decor embraced an over-the-top abundance style. It took 4000 roses to form the thick rose petal path leading to the wedding canopy. The wedding canopy was adorned with a romantic palette of cream, taupe and camel color roses. We are happy to announce the arrival of our new jewel collection. Each piece is unique and makes a perfect embellishment for a bridal bouquet, ring bearer box, or any place with the extra bling touch. Here are just a sampling of some items from our new line. We can’t wait to use our new collection this year as we spring into the brand new wedding season. Our beautiful brides will be carrying a beautiful bouquet with custom embellishments. Swoon!!!!!!!

Vintage inspired escort table decor

As we await photos from our vintage inspired wedding at the beautiful La Valencia Hotel in La Jolla, I want to share a small piece of the wedding that shouts VINTAGE. Our gorgeous bride Darby (wait until you see photos! ) was completely smitten with all things vintage. We customized the escort table using a wooden box trimmed with vintage sequin lace and surround it with mercury candle holders. Crystals strands, orchid leis, and guests names hung from the manzanita branches completed the look. It was fun and totally vintage…

Peach Coral and tangerine color inspiration

Peach, tangerine and coral are such lovely colors to use for weddings. It blends very well with soft nude tones. We designed Julia’s bouquet with fresh gardenias, lily of the valley and orchids. The bouquet is then finished with a romantic vintage lace. Her bouquet had the added peach coral hint to tie in the bridesmaids bouquets. We had some fun and added texture to the bridesmaids bouquets. Since her style was bit more rustic and organic, we introduced succulents, sedum and orchids. We echoed the same color palette into the ceremony decor. The manzanita draped with orchids and coral color roses greeted the guests at this nature inspired wedding.
